If you enquire about a parcel, we may also receive details about your timeline, intended use, and budget, because you chose to tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server logs record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. This is standard web server activity and is used to keep the site working and secure.
Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, this policy will be updated, and you will be asked to consent before they are set.
What we do not collect
We do not process payments on this website. Purchases happen on Shopify, Bandcamp, and Amazon, each of which has its own privacy policy and handles its own payment data. We never see or store your card details.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Mailing list

We keep separate lists for different purposes. Joining a list about one part of our work does not add you to another.

We are a United States company, and our service providers are primarily US-based. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
