We buy parcels outright and sell them ourselves: no brokerage, no middle party, no listing fee.
Every parcel page states acreage, legal access, zoning, water situation, distance to power, annual taxes, and title condition — and says what is absent as plainly as what is present.
We are building the first portfolio now. Parcels are listed as they are acquired.
Records
Two artists on one label. Eight releases. Richard Lionheart writes atmospheric, literary work tied to the realms beyond. Don Ricardo works in Latin urban and night-city registers.
Every release is recorded at A = 432 Hz rather than the 440 Hz standard. That is a deliberate choice tied to ancient wisdom — and it applies to every master without exception.
